This page explains how to delete your account for ralyy, the court booking app for iOS and Android, and the website at ralyy.com. Both are operated by Ralyy LLC, and one account covers both. You do not need to install the app to delete your account.
Delete it yourself
In the ralyy app:
- Sign in and open the Profile tab.
- Tap the settings icon to open Account.
- Tap Delete account, review what will happen, and type DELETE to confirm.
On the website, sign in at ralyy.com, go to Profile → Account, and choose Delete account. Deletion takes effect as soon as you confirm, and it cannot be undone.
Ask us to delete it
If you cannot sign in, email hello@ralyy.com from the email address on your account, with “Delete my account” in the subject line. We may ask you to confirm the request so that nobody else can delete your account. We will complete verified requests within 30 days and reply to let you know.
Before you delete
- Upcoming bookings are not cancelled or refunded automatically. Cancel any you want refunded first.
- Active memberships are cancelled, and you will not be billed for them again.
- If you work for a club on Ralyy, your staff access is removed. If you own a club, contact hello@ralyy.com to transfer ownership or close the club first.
What is deleted
- Your profile: name, email address, phone number, password, profile photo, bio, sports, and skill levels.
- Your saved payment cards, which are also removed from our payment processor.
- Your notification preferences and history, push notification subscriptions, club follows, player connections, and staff access.
- Your sign-in identity and every active session, so the account can no longer be used to sign in.
What is kept, and for how long
Some records are kept after deletion because clubs rely on them, or because we must keep them for legal, tax, and accounting reasons. They are no longer linked to your name or contact details through your account:
- Records of past bookings, event registrations, memberships, payments, and refunds.
- Signed liability waivers and the related transaction records, kept for up to seven (7) years after your account is closed, then destroyed.
- Product-analytics data recorded under your account ID, which may include your name and email address if you signed in before October 2026. Email hello@ralyy.com and we will delete them too.
Clubs you booked with may keep their own records under their own privacy policies. Remaining copies of your data in backups or with our service providers are deleted or de-identified as described in our Privacy Policy.
